Controller

Page Grove Base is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and through enquiry forms. Contact: hello@pagegrovebase.click, Level 8, 29 Example Avenue, Johor Bahru 00000, phone +60 7 0000 2180.

What we collect

From the contact form: name, email, the kind of work requested, experiment stage, preferred session date, and the message you write. From server logs: technical connection data such as IP address and pages requested, kept only as needed for security. If you accept analytics cookies, we may record which pages were opened.

We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payment-card details, or health data. Do not paste personal data of your customers into the message field; send aggregated experiment extracts after we have agreed an engagement.

Purpose and basis

We use enquiry data to reply and, if you book work, to perform the contract. Site security processing is a legitimate interest in keeping the pages available. Cookie analytics run only if you accept.

Retention

Unsuccessful enquiries are kept up to 18 months. Contracts, invoices, and engagement files are kept for seven years to meet Malaysian tax record practice, then deleted or archived in reduced form. Server logs are rotated on a shorter cycle.

Your rights

Subject to Malaysian personal data law, you may request access, correction, or limitation of processing, and you may withdraw consent for optional cookies. Write to hello@pagegrovebase.click. You may also contact the relevant Malaysian data protection authority.

International transfers

Our email and hosting providers may process data outside Malaysia. We choose providers that offer contractual safeguards appropriate to the transfer.

Sharing

We share data with processors who host the site, deliver email, or provide accounting, and when required by law. We do not sell enquiry lists.

Children

The site is aimed at working professionals. We do not seek data from children.
