Document review and call
Pre-launch design review
A critique of the experiment brief before assignment starts: metric choice, minimum effect, duration, and what would count as a failed setup.
What this review is
Before the first user is assigned, we read the brief the way a sceptical colleague would. We mark where the primary metric will not answer the hypothesis, where the planned duration cannot see the minimum effect you care about, and where a holiday, campaign, or app-store release will pollute the window.
Included
Written comments on the hypothesis, randomisation unit, primary metric, guardrails, stopping rule, and a duration sketch based on your stated traffic — not a traffic-forecast product, just arithmetic on the numbers you already have.
Not included
We do not approve creative, write copy for variants, or decide your product strategy. We also do not “green-light” a test that lacks a decision owner.
How it runs
You send the brief two working days before a sixty-minute call. We return an annotated copy. The call is for disagreements, not a slide walkthrough.
Ask for a review from the contact form and attach or summarise the brief.
