The service we describe

Page Grove Base provides A/B test analytics as human-delivered review and writing. Pages on this site describe that work. They are not an offer of software, hosting, assignment engines, or payment processing.

Intellectual property

Site copy, layout, and original memos we write for you remain as follows: the website is owned by Page Grove Base; engagement memos are licensed to the commissioning client for internal use. You may not republish our journal articles as your own.

Accuracy

Experiment analytics depend on extracts you supply. We are not responsible for decisions made from incomplete logs you declined to correct after we flagged them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Page Grove Base is not liable for indirect loss, lost traffic, or lost campaign spend arising from use of this website or from a recommendation you chose to implement. Our liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit content you do not have the right to share (including other people’s traffic logs without authority).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Johor Bahru have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the website, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the current text is 19 August 2026. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
